When in the world did this become YOUR group buy?

I think we need to have a vote on whether I should continue running the group buy or should Jimmy take over.

BTW, samples are on route to me as we speak from Matsui

Ace, I mentioned Jimmy high-jacking the group-buy in the other thread and he demanded an apology from me saying I didn't know what I was talking about. This is your group buy Ace and nobody gave Jimmy the right to take over. Jimmy has a habit of coming late to the party and taking over and starting his own polls. He did that for the ASM group buy also. Well Jimmy boy, what do you have to say now? Maybe you should apologize to Ace for sticking your nose where it doesn't belong.

I am probably in for 500 if the price stays low and you are willing to ship to Norway.

Awaiting the news on the samples, lets hope the redesign turns out nice! Also wondering if our little agreement still stands Phil, if not, I'm going to try and get samples some other way, now that they are shipping.

I Asked you ACE if you had a problem with me ordering a large quantity of these chips to re-sell and you said you did not have a problem with that. I also requested rights to the artwork Grath has designed and he has agreed. Further I am not trying to run this group buy, just offering an opinion on design. Correct me if I am wrong, but in every group buy thread I have ever seen many people offer suggestions on how to edit or refine chip design. Also I have been in on the ASM buy from the start, just did not post until the yellow/chocolate chip became an obvious issue. I just voiced an opinion that was obviously shared by the majority of the people buying the chips, but were afraid to step on Leds toes. Well, I have spoken with Led and he does not have any hard feelings, in fact he wanted the yellow/black chip from the beginning. Also everyone else that I have seen is happier with the current yellow chip. In light of all this how can you say that I have done something wrong. Like I said I have been working on a deal with Matsui to be a retail outlet for them in the United States since before I joined this forum. Ace is more than welcome to run this group buy and I would be happy to purchase many chips from him as long as he doesn't try to step on them. If anyone thinks that I have done anything out of ill-will or malice then I apologize, but I have intented absolutely no harm at all.

OK Monty, I have read through the entire Matsui buy (something like 700 posts) and have found just as many post from you criticizing and insulting me as I have contributing anything to this buy. (3 of each for a total of 6 posts) Please give it a rest.

Also, ACE you said specifically in one of your posts that, "I am not making any money on this, and will therefore need lots of help" and in another post "Design is up to the artists, my job is to take orders and ship them to you at lightning speed." I am merely doing what was suggested by you and by Bubbafry in moving this buy forward.

You guys really should chill

I'm not going to get into a pissing match with you because you obviously don't listen to reason. However, if you did read the entire thread, you would know that Ace was waiting from Matsui for samples and sorting out the details. If he had any information, he would have relayed it to us immediately (as demonstrated recently when he said the samples were on the way to him). He also told us not to contact Matsui directly because he was the point man. This was understood by most of us. Except for you apparently. You took the opportunity when his back was turned to take charge of the group buy and then pass off as being innocent when your hand was caught in the cookie jar. I have never made any disparaging comments in this forum about anyone except when I saw what you were doing to the group buy. Even Ace was wondering who was running the group buy, you or him. So don't blame me and say that I'm the only one who feels that way and make any more excuses because quite frankly we're tired of hearing them.
