ASM (PC.com) HorseHead Mold Group Buy - 3rd plain chip color

It seems that there are stronger feelings to minimize the plain chips. For now let us assume that we're going to have 3 colors for the plain chips. I have heard discussions of grey and imperial blue as $0.25 and $0.10 chips, and they seem pretty valid. Unless there are some strong objections I will stick with those as the first two colors.

Now, let's pick a third color! Please, let's not have discussions of "let's have both pink and arc yellow." Assume now we're going to have 3 colors and just pick the best one you like right now. If we have any leftovers from the spotted chips, we can pick a 4th or 5th plain chip.

Chips are White, Lavender, Light Green, Pink, Orange, Arc Yellow, Chocolate (left to right).

I just want to first caution picking white/lavender/light green as they may be the body color for (or at the very least similar in color to) the spotted chips.

Well, I picked pink. I like the grey and imperial blue and I'm happy to have at least those two. I think the plain pink chips are kinda cool, so I leaned towards them as a third.

Anyone know of the arc yellow has brass flakes in it too?

Please please please do a 4th chip! I don't think I can live with just 3 solid colors

After TomHimself's mention of orange, now I really like it!

C'mon orange! You're not going to let yourself get beat by pink, are ya?

What about Arc yellow? It looks just like a light orange to me, a little funky but I kind of like it.

I think all of the chips has brass powder.

Ha, I knew that question would come. Don't despair as of now, I we will work it out later after the spotted chips.

Dayglo colors do not. (Hence they're more brittle, and PCOL doesn't recommend or replace any DG bodied chips)

However that didn't stop me, and I love my DG Yellow/Imperial Blue.

So is arc yellow considered a dayglow color? I would guess yes, since PC.com lists it among the "edge spot colors".

Go orange go!!

Yes, dayglo. It's listed under their Dayglo Edge Spot Colors.
