ASM (PC.com) HorseHead Mold Group Buy - plain/spots division

Do you all want 2 sets - a complete set (with casino base colors) of spotted and a complete set of plain, or 1 main spotted and plain set with some variation choices in color combos for both?

If the vote is for one main set, I don't see why you would need to have more than 2, or maybe 3, solid color chips. Having 5 out of 15 might be a hedge to keep the most people interested though.... very clever. Good luck, I might jump in at the end if the color choices are to my liking.

Thanks for all the great info Ledavatar.

10/5 all the way. Most people only want a plain chip or two at most. I might even think 11/4 would be another option. What colors are people considering for plain chips? Is it really much more than 4 colors?

My set would be all edge-spots; maybe 4edge/1 plain.

I just wanted to get a feel of a general feeling, so I would want as many votes as possible. The final division will be subject to discussion later on, but it will be in the ball park, give a chip combo or two.

After this I'll put up more polls tomorrow on main body colors (I assume most of you want standard ones at the very least - White/Blue, Red, Green, Black, Purple, Yellow)

I would be interested in maybe one or two plaiin chips and the rest edge marked. Although all plain would mimick many of the tournaments being played.

For plain I'd be interested in Lavender, Yellow, Chocolate, or Grey

Edge Spots I'd be willing to consider color combos, but one I am really hell bent on is the lavender check with pink (non day-glo) edge spots.

Thanks for all the help and for keeping us informed! --K

I voted for 10/5, but really prefer all spotted for this buy. I want maximum options for edgespots. After all that was the original premise of this buy.

I have to agree with maineyankee7 on this, the whole group buy was set up on the premise that we could chose our own colors and spots, its bad enough that we now can't do this but to be limited to just 10 options is making me very cool on the whole buy.

I'm willing to have less options in color combinations in exchange for a better price and faster service...and I also understand if others feel as Derryabu does.
