Re: DG-Blue for July! Poll #2: Need Estimate...

Guys, I just tried to order DGB for the July sale and Cathy said they don't have it. I asked her to check with Jim and referred her to this thread and she said it is NOT available after checking.

Is someone in contact with Jim on this?

I have not been told jim had a change of heart.
Hopefully this is a misunderstanding.

I doubt it. I spoke with Cathy today and she reiterated that it's not happening.

Re: DG-Blue for July! Poll #2: Need Estimate...

You know, honestly, I think Jim's got enough going on for this month and he probably didn't want to bother.

He's still got a lot of 44mm chips to get out, and now he's got another discount offer to worry about. Considering how much discussion there's been on how "blue" these chips might be, he probably just decided that it wouldn't be worth the aggravation.

Just my opinion, but if I were in his boat, I probably wouldn't do it either.

Re: DG-Blue for July! Poll #2: Need Estimate...

"I'm not dead yet!" Just talked to Cathy. Jim and Jaime (the production manager) are working on the color. Jim just hadn't told Cathy about it yet. She now knows about this thread and what Jim's working on in terms of a sample chip, if the color is still doable, etc. Cathy said she will know more on Monday. Keep the faith!

A little light up ahead?

Just let me open my wallet and order

I'm not worried about any sample.
I have a good imagination.
