Scarlet for 50 chips.

If all you change is the red color to scarlet then I'll keep the chips I have and buy some of the old style from someone who is replacing theres, if there is a redesign then I might buy 160 or so maybe 200 tops

One simple redesign that I think would look better might be to just swap the red and orange colors. Anyway, I think the chips are OK as is and would only need another 60 to 100

i think the $1k chips is perfect just the way it is. it works very nicely with the $500.

i may add some 1k's, but only the originals. i did not vote in the poll since i won't be buying any if they are changed.

I would be replacing my 40 $1000 chips with scarlet ones. A total redesign will take awhile. Better to do a total set redesign next year and wait until then.

First off I'd just like to say I think this poll is skewed because we dont have any options yet for a re-design

I am hoping we can come up with some options for a re-design that everyone will really jump on, and want to change their minds....J5 should provide that shortly so we can atleast explore the option, which is all I want...Simply changing one edgespot color to a brighter color of red doesnt do it for me personally, and I think it looks really good as is....

Unless they will somehow waive the art design fee of $250, this just seems unreasonable to me personally...though I definetly undestand you guys who want the original colors we had decided....I do too, just not for the money.

Scarlet = 0 (Unless I can sell my current 100)
Re-design = 100-200

A re-design would not take any longer then a re-order....Even if we re-order the same ones, they are all going to come in with the wsop chips which will be another month to even place the order, then 4+ weeks to manufacture/deliver.

Might as well take this month to "argue" and pour over a re-designed brand new chip : )

That's a good point. Still, I'd like to just get what we agreed to on the original buy. I'm glad to see others will be prepared to buy my 40 $1k chips with the maroon edgespots.

Pfunk, I will say this: I agree with the orange base. If you look back through the GB thread, I think I posted something about using an orange base with blue and green edgespots a la the PNY $1000 chip. There was comment that a deep blue inlay was no good because of the blue inlay on the $1 chip. PM me and tell me what you think.
