Poll: Zen Dealer Buttons for Matsui GB

Please do not partake in this poll if you do not plan to buy these...Comments and questions of course are welcome, just trying to keep the poll to the members in the Matsui GB, or anyone wanting a button perhaps...thanks.

We have two vendors, with two types of buttons to choose from:

ABC Gifts and Awards - 3 1/2" in diameter, and are approximately 3/8" thick....solid ceramic (like a coffee mug), and weigh over 3 ounces.....The bottoms of the coasters are uncoated, and thus cannot be printed. They slide well on a felt table. Each coaster comes with an adhesive cork bottom that can be applied if used on a hard surface.
PRICE: $5.75 ea @ 25+

Special note: We will be able to manufacture any choice of each artwork at will, we just need 25 buttons total for the price.

Example:

PALM IMPORTS: 2 inch ceramic Dealer button...White high gloss edge
PRICE: $5.00 ea @10+

Example:

This is what I have so far on these, please discuss below, and if you have any questions I'll seek out answers....Production turnaround on these will be very quick once we place the order.

Re: Poll: Zen Dealer Buttons for Matsui GB

I would prefer either, it looks like the graphics are alittle better on the ABC ones. Either way I'm in for 4, one of each design.

Thanks

Re: Poll: Zen Dealer Buttons for Matsui GB

I saw tripod's abc button/coasters, and they are BIG!! They are indeed beautiful, but they seem pretty huge. If the graphics would indeed be better, I would be happy to have the bigger buttons. One other thing: if one would be using the larger chips, it might be better to have the larger button. But I can see where some people would prefer the more standard 2" button. And I have no objections to that.

I will be buying a set in case -- one of each design. (I might even buy two sets if we go with abc: one for buttons, one to use as coasters...)

EDIT: I didn't vote because I can't make up my mind. I will agree wholeheartedly with whichever decision.

Re: Poll: Zen Dealer Buttons for Matsui GB

Voted for PI because I prefer smaller dealer buttons.

Re: Poll: Zen Dealer Buttons for Matsui GB

i'll go with whatever is decided cause i'm undecided.

from the pics above, like the graphics on the coasters, but i think i would prefer the size of pi's. but, don't have a bigger preference either way...

Re: Poll: Zen Dealer Buttons for Matsui GB

Please note that the ABC disks are coasters - they have three little 'feet' on the underside and is big enough for a coffee mug. They look nice but they're too big for a button IMO.

Re: Poll: Zen Dealer Buttons for Matsui GB

I have to say the ABC ones are just too big and too heavy for a dealer button. They are cool coasters, and would look good with the set, but I would not use it as a dealer button. The PI ones just look poor in my opinion and I would never buy one. So I guess I will vote none of the above.

Sorry, I dont see the "feet" you are speaking of in the picture I posted....Looks like a flat, ceramic bottom to me....Do you own one?

At any rate, we are probably going to just go with PI to make some standard buttons since most feel comfortable with that option I think, and if anyone wants the ABC coasters, they can get in on an order with me, because I want one just to have...Looks like we wont make the quantity needed for a discount on those though, but who knows.

I'll keep this up for a bit and we'll get something settled towards the end of this week.

P.

Re: Poll: Zen Dealer Buttons for Matsui GB

Unless one of our coasters has grown some, none of them have any feet.

Thanks,
Gene
