As far as the NCV's go, I hate them but others love them and I woudn't mind grouping the fee together for both, as long as everyone sare the burden so to speak.

The whole point of the NCV is that someone could build an entire low cost set with them. You could build a giant set and they would be secure. If you must have denoms, do the SK on one side ad denoms on the reverse.
Also, anyone that comes in after we order, will have to contribute to new dies. I'd like to even see a rebuy and bounty stamp. |

So basically, my vote should be changed from "0.25 only" to "0.25 and NCV".
