Even though we just posted the theme poll, we can start polling for the white vs. blue $1 chip since that is pretty independent of the theme. Personally, I like how a blue $1 chip looks. BUT, it would probably depend on the stakes I'd be playing for a set I would buy - I'd rather the blue get used more than the white.

I would love to get in on this buy, if it ever sorts itself out properly, but I really can't afford to be getting another set right now (so I'm not voting in these polls). Some Egyptians on the way - just the 3 high denoms for now, and I need to get the Samurai Palace chips when they're ready to go.

That is a tough call. 99.9% I would say blue, but it really depends on what the color choices are. I have seen some of the white 4x1 2 color designs posted so far that look great.

What would be the big deal if we made these and ONLY these chips non-denom? I would think it would be pretty easy for people playing to figure out by now what denomination each is at his/her home game. It looks to be going in favor of blue, so what does that mean for the other 8? SOL?

Nugzy mentioned a good point about there being some pretty good mockups for each. Get out of my head blue .25 chip!! Why couldn't you guys have made some uglier mockups for those, lol.

Im not getting a $1 chip, so I shouldnt vote here; but If the light blue gets made the $1 chip, that would remove it from the higher denomination options. Maybe I should vote!
