Chips: 265 | | Would be asm's all the way here. I have been talking back and forth with Cathy already, getting samples and stuff. (Side note isn't dealing with Cathy and that company great, they make it easy to use there company for chips.) When you do group buy can you do custom labels as well, put on by pc?
Probably not I guess.
But I would be in for 500ish |

Chips: 93 | | | Does TR king have a colr chart like asm does? I got the ASM by searching around here, was wondering if TR King had same deal.

I'd like some of these chips myself, but I'm not voting because I'm probably not going to get any (too many other chips to get). I'm not sure which way I'd vote anyway. Of the two, I've only ever handled ASMs - which are nice, by the way. But I'm sure most of you already know this

Chips: 47 | | | I voted T.R. King as well. Like most people the reason I voted that way is because I already have ASM's and I want something new. BUT there is nothing wrong with ASM. BTW can we get some price estimates and mockups of the chips. |

Chips: 18,545 | | i didn't vote, b/c i'm out. the allure of this chip is matsui, as far as i'm concerned. i like the design work you guys did, but i'm not really interested in ASM or TR King.
sorry, boys. |

sorry, boys. | I really like the design too, but like you I think the selling point would have been the Matsui chips. Especially since custom ASMs are pretty easy to get. Not that's there is anything wrong with ASMs or (I assume) TR Kings.
But I do hope this GB works out and people end up happy. I'd probably lean towards TR Kings, just because custom ASMs aren't a problem at all.

sorry, boys. | I think I'm with you too... If ASM will grand inlay on the ASM blank mold, and that is the route this buy takes, I think I'm back in it. |

Chips: 7,134 | | | The only thing ASM has going for it is that the mold is better-looking. Well, the price is better too, but if I'm going to commit to this set I want something casino quality or I really have no reason to use them instead of my Paulsons. TR Kings aren't Paulsons, but they're 10g and have pretty good feel. Plus we won't have to worry about durability issues. |

Chips: 7,134 | | | The allure of this chip to me is that they are Mirage/Palms-like solid-color no-edgespot chips. Matsui was a "bonus", assuming we would have even got the same chip that Ten got. |

Chips: 47 | | | Same here, and for some reason I really love the label, like its one of my favorite labels that I've seen. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
