Second choice H mold, then A mold. Notice these are all ASM choices... | Can't find any pictures... someone want to help me out? Also, Ten, pardon me if my memory fails me at the moment, but are you ordering any of these chips? | ATM just samples. I was REALLY hoping to have them on Matsui clays everyone probably knows my feeling on their quality. But it's good that you gave up on MGM now as I have heard from other sources that they are not going to do clays for the home market. Shame. |

Shame. | I would have loved to have it on Matsui... the sample I have, even though it was a lighter version (factory error or something) was still a great chip. But the fact is, we've waited for days for them to respond during this whole process, and over two weeks coupled with the rumors is just too much. |

Of course the downside is no grande mold (which I'm not sure Dennis at TRK would do either). |

Chips: 32 | | | Plain mold I believe that the "plain" mold was used for the original Chesterfield chips in Rounders and not the replicas.
There are some threads on TH-P regarding these.

Chips: 18 | | | I understand that I'm in the minority here, but for me price is defintiely an issue. Right now my budget isn't that big, and I'd rather be able to get more chips for the same price (ASM), as long as the quality of the chips is good. All this is assuming that we can get all the colors we want.
Another issue I have is about the inlay. If we go with ASM do we plan on getting labels for them, or having them do the inlays for us? If we go with TRKing are we even allowed to get a custom or blank inlay? |

Now I'm not in charge of this ship, but I'll bet dimes-to-dollars that Murf wasn't planning on making his own labels for these chips. |

Chips: 53 | | | Wooderson is right on all counts... they are doing the inlay for us. I think it is also worth mentioning that as it stands, TR King custom inlayed chips are at the same price as ASM custom inlayed chips (although the TR King price includes the prices of edgespots, so we might get an even cheaper price). |

I wouldn't go by the prices on the website.
For ASM they have in the past done a 10% discount on orders over 1000 so they would be .70/chip if that is the case. |

Chips: 11,407 | | | I haven't voted either way, as I haven't committed to getting a set, but I would be more interested if they were ASM's.

Have you talked with either about the possibility of a grand inlay? My gut says neither would do it, but who knows. It would look great. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
