***edit** I see that speak you already beat me to the identification of Temp--my favorite line of his..."Are we dancing? Are we?" talk about a set of cahones!!!***
Oh btw that is one impressive design!! You gonna leave it like that till your guys show up to play on Friday?? That would be a cool way to introduce them to the Pharoh's!!! |

Curious why you mentioned 7... seems like not sitting at your octagon side would be annoying i.e. 7 would be sitting just as 8 would but w/ an empty spot? The octagon I play on is just fine for 8 but maybe it's slightly larger??

Chips: 1,555 | | Man - that is so beautiful I think I'm going to cry!
Nice set up - and love that table. I'd love to set up a poker only room in my basement. Maybe when the kids are all grown up.
Ok thats it! I'm saving up for some real chips. |

Chips: 123 | | | That table that is in that picture looks like the same table that you can buy from the Budwiser shop for like $800. It also has the Bud logo all over it. if it is the same table or like it is a solid table. |

Found the company through ebay, conducted diligent research about their tables, won an auction for about $400, about $500 with shipping. Some assembly required, but mostly pre-assembled. All in all, just perfect for my basement. Seats 7 fairly comfortably. | How big is the table? (edge to edge and point to point). What about the felt portion of that table? I picked up an oak octagonal table at a garage sale for $30 with a glass center and have purchased the foam to make a poker table insert. I've been dragging my feet getting a wooden board and felt, though, partly because every time I look at it it looks like it will be too small to get more than 5-6 people at. My table is 48" total edge to edge with a ~3" oak rim around the center glass area so the felt portion will only be around ~42" from edge to edge. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
