Nope, and I doubt that I will. I think they look just fine as they are.

I did some experiments before where I shuffled some Trademark Paulson samples for day.... They got pretty grungy from the various colors rubbing off on each other. Washing them brought them right back. I repeated the experiment about three times .... shuffle, shuffle, wash.

So I expect that I'll need to wash these at some point (probably not for a long time, given the occasional use I expect them to get). But the thought of having to re-oil them after I wash them just seems like too much work.

Some of you guys are nuts! Nice stacking job there guys! The patterns, towers and what not.

And thanks for posting the oiled chip shots. Does the mineral oil affect the label at all, or are you careful to just rub the oil on with a rag around the exposed chip?

Funny that you ask...I went through a period where i was over-oiling, really drowning them, and then letting the oil soak in for 15 min or so, and then wiping them off, however I noticed what appeared to be wetness behind the label, around the rim of inlay. Its no big deal, I think its already dried (i did this on about 20 or so chips) but now I lightly oil a few at a time, and only let it sit for a minute or two before removing the excess and drying.
