Thumbs up Stamped "King's Crown" TR Kings

Post your photos from the GB here ... for the sake of convenience and neatness, if you'll be posting multiple images here, please make them all thumbnails and have "your best ONE shot" at normal size (non thumbnail).
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to fill out the bottom end of my set with 25c and $1 chips ...
A big thanks to Nanook for offering to run the GB and for a great job handling it. Thanks Nanook.

$5 Red w/Brown
$25 Light Green w/Gold & Light Gold
$100 Black w/Signal Green & White
$500 Lavender w/Fire & Gray
$1000 Tropicana Gold w/Brown & Light Blue

top view:

starting stacks, $40 cash for $.25/$.50 NL and T2000 for tourneys:

as i was stacking them all, i noticed dennis sent me 5 extra of each of the blanks i bought, so i have a grand total of 800 chips (actually 801 if you include the 1 red $5 sample chip since it's the same as my $5s).

I'll reserve my spot now as well, although I'll probably get my chips last . Can you tell I'm feeling a wee bit tired of waiting?

SlowPlayRay,
Here are my .25 to compliment the $1 chips I got from you & warewulf. I've got myself a pretty sweet cash set now.

Re: Stamped "King's Crown" TR Kings

Arrived today (7/28/06)!

Mockups:

Actual Chips:

Today was my father-in-law's birthday. I hustled home from work to change before going to dinner... I found a box in the front door! I opened up the box right away (and took the first few pics), but didn't have time to look at them all right away.

That was the longest dinner + presents + cake I think I have ever sat through. I got home, cleaned up some of the manufacturing dust with a damp rag, then took some more photos.

The chips sound and feel great. The stack excellent. I did notice that some of the hot stamps are off center. I also noticed stray colors on the lighter greys and yellows... There was quite a bit of clay dust in the bottom of the shipping boxes, so I imagine there was a fair amount in the factory.

I'm just happy to get mine. The purple is an amazing color... Very, very deep and rich. I thought Tropicana yallow was going to be my favorite color, but I think I like the purple best. I don't know if its because of the rest of the set, but the greyt seems to have a hue of blue to it, so it matches nicely. I'm very, very satisfied with these chips... Can't ask for anything more at 60c per chip...

Sorry about some of the blurry photos... they looked good on the little screen on my camera!

Re: Stamped "King's Crown" TR Kings

I managed to get hold of a camera today and take some pictures of a few of the chips I received last Friday (150 each of light blue, orange, and signal green - all NCV).

I wish I'd had more time (and more experience with the camera) to get some better shots, but these will have to do. The second image below includes the TRK samples I also received. And as an extra special bonus, the last image includes some faux clays.

Great idea, jello. I might add that quoting someone else's pictures is rarely necessary.
