They are ceramic. I suspect they will rock our collective world!

They're a GREAT deal when you consider the price is .275/chip! Get your order in ASAP as the group buy will be closed by July 6th.

Re: Bellagio Tribute Final chips!

I noticed someone mentioned textured would be more. Can you get them textured? And how much are those? I'm seriously thinking about a 1,000 peice set at 27.5 cents per chip! How to I place an order?

Re: Bellagio Tribute Final chips!

Yes you can get them textured.

Textured are the same price (.275 max) as smooth finish.

Use the link in the OP of the Group Buy thread, or just email/PM the necessary info.

Re: Bellagio Tribute Final chips!

Sweet, thanks Wedge. Do you have any advice on textured or smooth? Are these like a nevada jack ceramic or chipco?

Re: Bellagio Tribute Final chips!

I've never handled the chips myself, and those that have are split (you can find their reasonaing in the various threads). I think its personal preference. My preference was for smooth.

The prototype sample set I was lucky enough to receive were textured. The texture is not nearly as aggressive as a Nevada Jack, but as stated before, even as Chipco's are "texture-less" they aren't /quite/ smooth to the touch. But, these textured chips have more "grip" than those Chipco's.

There are a lot of threads around here that talks about them, but I can't remember where they are, they're under the paid-forums portion for Palm-Imports.

Re: Bellagio Tribute Final chips!

Does anyone know the timeline on these chips? A couple weeks, one month, two months, etc...I have to admit I am an amateur when it comes to chip manufacturing so i have no clue!

Re: Bellagio Tribute Final chips!

I thought I heard somewhere that these chips are actually partially in production now (someone correct me if I'm wrong here).

But, it is still looking like quite a while before we'll have them in our hands. The vast majority of the time will be spent on a ship, on their way to Florida and in Joe's capable hands there at Palm-Imports.

I don't know if Joe has said a rough-date yet though.....

Re: Bellagio Tribute Final chips!

Yes, production has began.

I think September delivery was the rough date.
