| | | Pharo's chips now what
Ok so i have a week more to wait and have to do something,i was wondering,since the pharo's chips seem so darn ripping , will you still keep all your other sets of chips or start cleaning out the closet and keep what appears to me to be the best chip made to date for a group buy,just the pharo's-----I have many sets and while my wife wants me to clean out the closet i still can't part with even the lowest of the low chip set,geeez maybe she is right and i do have a problem cause I'm still looking at other chip sets-----I hope when the pharo's do finally arrive maybe i won't be so possessive towards my poker sets. maybe even won't see the need for another set of chips. So what are you going to do with your extra sets of chips? |

Here is my poker chip timeline (approximate):
* Oct. 2004 - I started out with 500 11.5 grams Diamond chips and I was pleased for about 3 weeks.
* Dec. 2004 - I then bought 600 Las Vegas Pro Clay chips and I said, "this is it for me"
* Jan. 2005 - I then bought 600 Nexgen's and labeled I proclaimed, "this is it for me"
* Mar. 2005 - I sold the Las Vegas Pro Clay's and bought 1080 NJ skulls and declared, "this is it for me"
* Apr/May 2005 - I then jumped in on the ASM group buy (675) and the Pharaoh's group buy (500) and then I said to myself, "will this ever end"
* Jul. 2005 - The ASMs arrived and I sold the NJ Skulls. I'm still waiting on the Pharaoh's so I found myself needing another set of chips until the Pharaoh's arrived...so I bought 500 Soprano 10g.
* Aug. 2005 - Pharaoh's are due to arrive on 8/11 and I say that I'm done spending all this money on chips (but deep down I know better). |

| | | well, im liquidating most of my chips, just because i need some money to pay for the pharaohs.....
there is one set that i had the opportunity to complete, but at a high cost....($3.- a chip almost)....
and i had to pass because of financial difficulties at the time....(hence my liquidation of the rest of my chips)...
im hoping to make some money back and then rebuild and be able to finish that other set....
we'll see....

You should be able to sign the UPS receipt - and sign up for the AB chips within 10 minutes of each other. What more could you want?  |

| | I will be down to just my Pharaoh's and my custom Checkmate Club Chipcos once I sell my hotstamped Tri-Colored chips. Looking back now, of course, the tri-colors were a waste of money. Since they are hotstamped with my initials unloading them will only be possible at giveaway prices.
I do have some ideas on what I want to get next, though......

*July 2003- bought 550 super diamonds for $100 - before chiptalk
*August 2004- Sold diamonds- bought 1000 dice for $100- before chiptalk
*April 2005- Sold Dice- bought 1000 Nexgens with labels- with chiptalk
*Now- waiting on 700 ASMs... Will it ever end??  |

Chip fanatics like their chips so much, they all went in for a big group buy and bought out the entire Paulson Chip company.
Who's in? Who wants to buy a chip company and market our own chips?  
That would be the ultimate group buy. lol |
