Chips: 104 | | | Signature required upon Pharaohs delivery? With many already receiving their Pharaohs, I was wondering if someone had to sign for them upon delivery by UPS. Mine are scheduled to arrive Monday August 15, but no one will be at my house during the day. Need to know if I should make arrangements for an extra long lunch hour, or direct UPS to a neighbors, or just assume they will be left on my back porch. I seem to remember reading that HPC's shipments would require a signature, but wanted to get a sampling of your experiences.
Whether it's relevant or not, I've got 1000 coming. | | Sponsored Links | |

I called and asked several times before giving up, as I was getting nondescript packages that weren't worth a whole lot anyway, but they wouldn't budge.
So I'd say to be safe, make alternate plans if you don't think you'll be around. I find that they typically WILL hold it at the UPS location for you, if that's more convenient. |

It's gonna be another good one on your turf this year....good luck, and may my Dawgs win! |

I've had stuff dropped unannounced at my door that was specifically ordered with 'sig required', or ordered from places that required it. - Something about driver discretion- I think? So when the bell rings and I get handed the 'electronic clipboard', I'm somewhat surprised. But most of the time that's FedEx, not UPS.
Different locales may have different rules, you might try contacting them. |

Yeah, expectations are pretty high at TN this year, but I've followed the Vols long enough to know that high pre-season rankings most often spell disaster for the orange!! Still having some discussion as to our starting q-back, but I guess it's good to have 2 who can play at any moment.
Does Shockley have the nod to start this year? I've always thought that he, if given the chance, could be a huge playmaker. Greene was good, but Shockley reminds me alot of Tee Martin, who came in and started after Peyton Manning graduated, and led UT to the Nat'l Championship.
Good luck to your Dawgs also! The main thing is for both teams to beat up on Spurrier this year. Maybe we can send him to Div II next!! |

Chips: 298 | | Hey Volman
My PEEWEE football coach was Ray Guy's brother. He showed me how to punt barefoot at practice one day when he was visiting. Kinda cool, nice Guy | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
