I was able to put my order number from HPC in the one box, and it directed me to the UPS website, and the golden tracking number. Now I had two orders, and they were combined, so only my first order had this info. ETA - Friday the 15th.

Except I don't currently have access to the computer with my original invoice email. "No problem" I say, "I'll just go to My Order History at HPC." I don't remember my password, so I go to the Forgot Password? function and enter my email address. The address I KNOW I've been getting the HPC Update emails through. It says I don't have an account. WTF? So I tried all of my other email addresses, just to be sure. No luck. Arg! So apparently MSPatton hates me so much he deleted my account. 
Anyone having a similar problem? |
