Matsui Decal WSOP Chips (UPDATED 8/7)

I have been in contact with matsui about making a decal chip (bud jones style) along the lines of the WSOP chips. I have recieved artwork from matsui. The artwork is below. The molds are not binding. I was looking to see if there is interest in these chips, and to see if anybody would like to get a group buy going. The Bud Jones mold CANNOT be used in this buy. We are limited to the matsui molds. The price per chip will be under .90/ chip.

This is the latest updated mockup. (7/25/05)

I agree the 1,000 chip should be changed. I think the 310-E mold will look fine on the scarlet chip (not as much contrast with the base color). All this switching and changing molds is somewhat confusing. Here's my choices using mold numbers to try to eliminate some confusion.

310-J 100
310-B 500
310-D 1,000
310-I 5,000
310-C 10,000
310-E 25,000
310-H 50,000

This puts the basic molds on the lower denominations and also makes the 1,000 chip predominantly yellow and the 10,000 chip predominantly black. The same combinations and reasoning as my prior post, just a little less confusing.

The font is still the 2004 font on the text and denominations but I think fcuk is having that changed. The actual chips say "Rio", I wonder how "wsop" would look in its place? I can't imagine the acronym is copyright protected?

Ehh that 100 looks sketchy, but It would probably look right on the chip itself

I still have to ask you if you are intent on using those molds for the 500 and 1000, I just think they look too plain. I like the colors but what about CC.340 and 320-a or 330a

I think they look great! Personally I like these molds. The inlay needs a little work though. This picture has been posted before but it gives really good detail of the 2005 wsop chips. Larger text and a different font (on both the text and denomination) was used on the 2005 chips. The 10,000 and above chips also used coma's in the denominations. The larger font may fill the inlay a little as they look a somewhat empty now. I miss the blue text below the denomination as well.
