I think ACE's involvement must mean the prices of the group buy will be driven down by ACE's additional numbers - I don't think it's unreasonable to expect those savings could be passed on...

As for interest in a set, I have a set of chips, and I'm using chiptalk group buys to accumulate little stacks of chips from all the big makers. :)

(ASM is on the way, nevada jacks are being designed, here are blue chips, i'll get some matsuis if that buy goes through, and maybe i'll get some pharoahs, since i keep losing my jb2005s (i had ten, i think i have six now))

(oh, and if i manage to write a review i'll get a chipco sample set from the chiptalk store :))
