Chips: 53 | | | TR King Black Sands Non-Edgespot Clays *Formerly Matsui* Well, it seems as if there is enough interest in this type of chip to start its own thread. Here is the low-down: As seen on a lot of TV events, such as the Heads Up Poker Tournament, there seems to be a new interest in chips with bright colors and no edgespots. A simple black inlay looks great on these chips, and it works perfectly with the bright colors.
Now for the details. Chips will be made by TR King, for around $0.70 a piece (plus shipping and PayPal fees). Our inlay is already decided an final, and we have all of the colors chosen. The chips will be non-denom, and use the following colors:
-Pink
-Light Green
-Light Blue
-Lavendar
-Yellow
-Gray
-White [/quote] | | Sponsored Links | |

Chips: 606 | | If I were to make a set based on this theme they would probably have a denomination and colour scheme something like this (very sketchy drawings)

Chips: 88 | | | as murf said, some of the colors are up in the air still, and we still need the design for the inlay, we just thought it would be cool and differnet to have these type of chips as they look great on t.v., if you have nay ideas comments or suggestions feel free to post them, as i said we still need the inlay design, but it will be a black inlay similar to the heads up championship, so feel free to show us your ideas. |

TT | I'm planning on adding a few more lower denoms, and one non denom, to make the set more flexible. Plus, it's not like you have to have some of each chip... just order what you need for your set. Thanks for the sketches though. |

Chips: 88 | | | thats a good start, some of you might think they look too pastelish, but they looked great on tv. We also should come up with a casino name or theme. |

Chips: 606 | | | If the idea is a custom chip group-buy, shouldn't this thread be in the custom chip group instead of the general chip group?

Chips: 53 | | | I figured that it would draw more attention here, and that this would only be a thread to attract interest... but if it needs to be moved, I don't have a problem with one of the admins/mods doing so. |

Chips: 169 | | | i know i mentioned this in the previous thread, but i still think that since these chips are very non-conventional, I would think that it might be better to make them non-denoms, and that way people can create there own sets based on the colors they are interested in...
i don't know, what do other people think? |

Chips: 88 | | | What if we did it like the Rounders Casino Chipco chips, where you have the numbers on there but no $ so that they can used as either dollars or cents |

i don't know, what do other people think? | I think the unconventionality of the colours makes denominations even more necessary.
