TR King Black Sands Non-Edgespot Clays *Formerly Matsui*

Well, it seems as if there is enough interest in this type of chip to start its own thread. Here is the low-down: As seen on a lot of TV events, such as the Heads Up Poker Tournament, there seems to be a new interest in chips with bright colors and no edgespots. A simple black inlay looks great on these chips, and it works perfectly with the bright colors.

Now for the details. Chips will be made by TR King, for around $0.70 a piece (plus shipping and PayPal fees). Our inlay is already decided an final, and we have all of the colors chosen. The chips will be non-denom, and use the following colors:

-Pink
-Light Green
-Light Blue
-Lavendar
-Yellow
-Gray
-White

Im seriously starting to like the way this group buy is heading..

IMO to make the set perfect a combination of non-edgespot and edgespot would be perfect...

lets say there is 6-7 denoms plus one or two plaques..

$1 -White no edgespot
$5 -Red no edgespot
$10 - blue no edgespot
$25 -green one colour edgespots
$100 - black one colour edgespots
$500 - purple two colour edgespots
$1000 - gold two or three colour edgespots
$5000 - plaque silver
$10000 - plaque gold

this would be the all time custom torney set, better than the wsop chipco from th-p

You like the way it's heading, but would like to change it in every way, shape, and form? Have you even read this thread?

The thread title is "Group-buy Matsui non-edgespot clays" which suggests what the main edge design idea of the chips is.

I am with the fella's above; this buy is for plain chips. I know I am not alone when I say I already have a set of chips with edgespots (ASM's have not arrived yet though so technically I just have my 11.5g's) and do not want another set. I joined in because I like the idea of having a second set of just plain, bright, colours that are used in Celebrity Poker, the Heads Up Championships, etc.

Here's the latest with from Matsui.

Dear Phillip,

Could you wait for a while? I will send some sample of our new clay chips soon and then talk about the price.

I will receive those samples in the end of this month.

I will send it as soon as I receive it.

Thank you for your patience.

Jinny

Can we consolidate all the Matsui threads into ONE? Its confusing with 3 different threads going on at the same time!

You can't have more than one poll in one thread.
