Guaging interest: Ritz inspired BCC giant Inlay GB

Hey guys...
i am a big fan of the ritz chips, especially the §100. But i think i won´t be able to get a rack of those in the near future. ALso there are no $5 Chips available.
So i had the idea to get a "ritz inspired" set of giant inlay chips done by BCC.
The only problem is that the art-fees, even if i only need $5-$100 Chips will be too big for just my order. So i thought that some of you may be interested in this, too.
I have made some rough mockups today, but they should just be a first inspiration. Only thing that is already set is the spot-pattern of the $100. The $25 should be a mix of green and brownish colors. Everything else like name, background pictures for the inlays and so on is flexible. But the Inlays should feature nice nature pictures.
In this thread i just want to see if there is some interest for an idea like this.
Here are some rough mock-ups:

I hope that this will raise some interest.
As most other GB's, this should be a "teamwork" GB in which the final design is open to be developed by the group. So i am open for any critics or advises.

Has this a chance or am i deemed to save up money until i can get them on my own?

Re: Guaging interest: Ritz inspired BCC giant Inlay GB

I'd be interested in some $5s to add to my set, but why not just call them "The Casino" in the same font? It's not like they can copyright it, just like you can't copyright "The car" and prevent every competitor from using the phrase "the car" in any of their ads.

Edit: "Some $5s" would mean a rack btw.

I like your idea. Here are my thoughts:

1. I like the idea above of doing "The Casino" in the same font as the Ritz are. Great idea.

2. I don't like the spot colors on the red chip.

3. Font of the numbering needs work, but you obviously know that since the $25 isn't finished.

Great idea...

Re: Guaging interest: Ritz inspired BCC giant Inlay GB

I have been secretly working on a similar set...

I have pictures that I have personally taken in TAHITI, HAWAII, JAMAICA, and ARUBA and was planning on using my own photos.

When I get around to being at the stages of close to being done, I will post my ideas.

Re: Guaging interest: Ritz inspired BCC giant Inlay GB

I have worked a little on the Font and the background pictures.
I have moved it more to the real thing but i am not sure if it is too close already (perhaps i should drop the faux-security-dot?!)
Anyway...i really like the look.
The font of the denoms is still not 100%accurate, especially on the $100. I have modified a stencil type. But the holes in the 00 still have to be thinner.
Again, i am not sure if this is too close to the original. I would be ok with a different naming, but i really want to get this thing done. IMHO they look great!
