Chips: 256 | | | Semi-Custom T-Mold Samples **************GROUP BUY COMPLETED 4/11/08*********************
My idea is simple, rather than have two or three of each color (most of which i'm not interested in), i'd rather get 20 chips each of the colors I'm most interested in.
So here is what i propose:
I do a group buy with three other members who will each pitch in $67. Together we will purchase 20 sample sets, which I will divide up amongst us so that each member gets 20 each of three colors (60 chips total for $67 shipped, not bad at all i think).
In order for me to do this, i must get dibs on the orange and chocolate chips, the third color for myself will just be whatever is left over.
the other three participants may choose from one of the following suggestions:
traditional a: white, blood red, dark green
traditional b: horizon blue, blood red, sherbert green
traditional c: blood red, dark green and black
california a: horizon blue, canary yellow, black
california b: canary yellow, lavender and white
california c: horizon blue, canary yellow and lavender
tournament a: sherbert green, charcoal and pink
tournament b: dark green, black and pink
tournament c: sherbert green, charcoal and white
as long as all twelve colors are spoken for, i will split them up anyway, but the above choices seem reasonable for those wanting to picture what their future set might look like and also do the trick of using up all the colors.
so i guess the easiest way to do this is first come first serve, post your desired "set" from above or propose your own and after all colors are fulfilled i will collect the money from each member via paypal and order the chips from HEPC's website. I will then reship the appropriate colors to the designated members.
Keep in mind I'm already putting "dibs" on the orange and chocolate chips. Also if everyone chooses either the "a" options or the "b" options or the "c" options then all the colors are accounted for.

Chips: 256 | | | Re: Semi-Custom T-Mold Samples one thing i forgot to mention is that i would prefer all members of the group buy be in the continental u.s. if outside the u.s. that is fine with me as long as you are willing to pay additional shipping fees if necessary, which will probably run an extra $3-$6 depending on where you are. |

And the white, blood red, and dark green.
That leaves Horizon blue, Lavender, Canary Yellow, and Black.
Who wants em??
PS - I really wanted the orange.... but I'm okay with ordering it later without having a sample stack. |

Chips: 256 | | | Re: Semi-Custom T-Mold Samples what color would you have traded for the orange, cuz i am willing to swap out the orange as long as i still get the chocolate, so go ahead and update your desired colors and i can live w/ chocolate and any two others if thats what it takes to get this done.
btw all these chips don't have to wind up in missouri, members outside of missouri can participate also . |

Chips: 41 | | | Re: Semi-Custom T-Mold Samples That's quite nice of you - I'll trade the white for the orange.
I'll be a bit flexible as well... if someone really wants the blood red, I'll take the lavenders in trade.
So - the colors available are now :
-Canary Yellow
-Horizon Blue
-White
-Black
-Blood Red OR Lavender
Who's in??? Quote:

This was a bad idea...looking back, I probably should not have even attempted to get it done. For those of you who were interested, it is not an option.
