Zombie Chips--What Will You Be Ordering?

This is just a curiosity poll. There's no commitment attached. I'm just wondering what Zombie Poker Tour Participants are thinking of ordering at this stage.

Re: Zombie Chips--What Will You Be Ordering?

I'm ordering at least one sample set, maybe 2 or 3 (my 11 yr old boy wants a sample set as well).

I also plan on ordering a 500 chip tourney set. I just haven't decided if it will be a T500, T1000, T5000, or a T10,000.

I have to wait and get the samples to see which chips I like best.

Re: Zombie Chips--What Will You Be Ordering?

Initially, I'm planning on a 39 mm sample set, a 43 mm sample set and a mixed sample set. I want to give some away to friends and family that are into the Zombies.

Re: Zombie Chips--What Will You Be Ordering?

Greetings,

I will definately be getting a full 39mm sample set with Dealer Button and Plaques and a sample set of the 43mm chips as well.

Depending on the timing, I may also get a "Play Money" set for board games. This would be 300 chips 30 - 40 of each denomination. (Though having 43mm 5000s and maybe 1000s as well as some plaques really opens things up).

This is worse then Christmas when I was six... I can't wait!!!

Shane

Re: Zombie Chips--What Will You Be Ordering?

I'll be getting a full sample set with plaques first. Some bounty chips (10 for now) and dealer buttons (2)

I chose 39mm cash set and 43mm Tourney set but my sets will share the 5 (39mm) if that makes sense.

My players like to have a micro cash game between tourneys so the 5 will be .05, 10 - .10, .25 and the 1 - $1.

My tourney set will be for a 10 player T1500 that uses a $5 chip to start.
I know, why do I use a $5 in a tourney, right? Tradition, thats why . It's a hold over from back when I started having regular tournaments. I actually started with a $1 chip but have stopped that some 2 years ago. Baby steps.

I rarely need 1K and basically never need 5K but am getting a small stack of each "just in case" .

I'll probably add to this set in the future anyway to allow for more players and/or higher T tourneys.

I rotate my chips sets for my various games but since my Birthday is close to Halloween this is the set for my birthday game from now on.

Are they here yet!!!

Re: Zombie Chips--What Will You Be Ordering?

I've put one of my kids up for auction on eBay -- should be enough to fund and big 43mm tournament set + plaques!

Re: Zombie Chips--What Will You Be Ordering?

I'm thinking probably a 43mm sample set at least at this point.

Re: Zombie Chips--What Will You Be Ordering?

I'd estimate that's about 6000 chips?

I also got 80 plaques. 60 10k, 15 25k, and 5 100,000k.

I'm so pumped to get them.............Their not even going to ship for another 3 weeks.
