Ok here is the deal.
I would like to set up a group buy for Roland's medium key mold. I would like to keep this to 15 total people including myself.
Those 15 people (and NO ONE else) would have EXCLUSIVE rights to use the medium key mold on their own chips from BCC as well as the use of the Coconut Beach inlays. The mold would be kept at BCC and any future disposition of the mold would be at the discretion of the ENTIRE group. The rights to use the mold would only be able to be transfered / sold to the original 15 members.
With 15 people the price would be approx $433 per person.
Again this is only for the ownership of the mold and the inlay artwork.
This is dependant on Roland's approval (I have already PM'ed him).
I will also PM BCC about any restrictions associated with the use of this mold.
Payment methods will most likely need to be check / MO as I do not want to incure Paypal fees on $6500.

I was part of Roland's original group for the Coconut GB. Paid a premium to get in on the chip set.....that never got made. UHHGG!!

Yeah I've never actually seen any of the chips that were made on this mold, and I don't think anyone else has either. I was also in on the CB buy and got samples but they were on the crappy flame mold. I know PI did some of the chinese clays with a version of that mold, but Roland had said the BCC one was much better. I didn't think the chinese one looked very good at all to be honest. I thought the trademark version was much better.

So I think in order to get good interest, I may be interested, I'd like to see some sample chips produced from this mold.

I will look for some blanks that BC made for me and try to post them or at least email them to someone who can post them.
As to those who ordered the samples and didn't see the chips made I am sorry and I appologize, I am a dirtbag. I got caught up in trying to get the shaped inlays done and was experimenting with Palms inlays and the use of my mold. Which the mold is not deep enough or so I am told to recieve Palms inlays (miss comunication between myself and Blue Chip as to the depth of the mold).
The mold is purfect for BC's inlays and looks great.
Thank you Cynabear for trying to make this happen and I would prefer to see a group buy of the mold and I will sell it to you guys for $5,500. Which is the same price I quoted sidepot and the only reason I quoted that price to sidepot is because he could do it for you guys with the actual shaped inlays.

This is interesting. I also got some samples on the flame mold to see how these might turn out. A shame that they never got made on the actual mold. I could be interested as well. For an investment so small to have something so unique...
