Non Denominational NJ Skulls

I couldn't find an appropriate forum to ask this question so I thought I would ask it here. I am looking at getting a set of NJ skulls for cash games but I would really like a 5 cent chip. Sure, I could get the $5 chip and use that as a 5 cent chip but I will probably need the $5 chip for rebuys.

I saw the custom Desert Sands group buy here for a 5 cent chip and would consider just going with a desert sands ceramic set but I really like the pink 25 cent skull chip.

Anyway, here's my question. Has anyone ever done a non denominational skull chip? or alternatively...has anyone done a 5 cent skull chip?

Thanks

Well that's a bummer. It looked like a few people were interested in them. Thanks for the link MrShark.

Re: Non Denominational NJ Skulls

Maybe we could make another run at a five cent chip.

Or a non-denom chip...

That would rock so hard.

Re: Non Denominational NJ Skulls

Not exactly what you are looking for, but I bet Matt could assist with creating a special denomination on his version.

Re: Non Denominational NJ Skulls

Actually I was looking at the Nevada Jacks forum tonight and there was a recent custom run of five cent chips done for someone. I'll look up the link a bit later as I am about to hit the rack right now. These were done as customs and I didn't realize that they would do this. So maybe we can now organize a group purchase of these. The ones I saw were done in a color either the same as or very similar to the $5000 chip. I'd personally rather see a different color if possible to keep it different from the rest of the set.

That's the thread I was talking about. Thanks for linking that Spoon. So there is light at the end of the tunnel, we may be able to get this off the ground yet!

Re: Non Denominational NJ Skulls

There are plans in the works for a5 cent ship run. I think there are 400-500 chips accounted for. I emailed Kim at NJ and there are enough people to start talking about the design. I asked if there was anything I could do to try and organize the qty's or help with color choice. I'll keep you guys posted or start a new thread if I need to.
