Ok, its time to place your orders for the ASM Black Sands GB... The artwork is final and chip colors are set. There will be no further changes.
Ensure that you read the entire thread before placing your order.
Also I would like to take a collection for Fins, he did this on his own time and never asked for any kind of repayment. He is a talented guy and has done a wonderful job so I feel "WE" should do something to repay him... Please include any additional monies that you see fit and make sure in your PM that you state how much goes to Fins. I am sure he will appericate anything that we present to him.
I am running this just like Mandish did the Virgina Lakes GB...
Here is how the buy will work...
Cash Set & Chip Colors:
$0.25- DG Pink
$1- Imp Blue
$5- DG Green
$20 - Black
$100 - White
Non-Denom -Gray
Tourney Set & Chip Colors:
T25- DG Green
T100 - Brown (Chocolate)
T500 - Purple
T1000 - DG Yellow
T5000 - DG Peach
Non Denom - Mand Red
Cost:
Once we hit the magic 2500 pieces the cost will be $0.675 per chip. Now this number is less any shipping/paypal fees. I will be ordering 550 pieces so we need 1950 more to hit out number. That shouldn't be to hard considering the interest in both sets.
Minimum Order:
300 pieces (any denom, any color, any amount - just make it add up to at least 300 chips)
Samples:
Follow the ordering process for full sets. I will be adding to my set to accommodate sample sets. Add paypal fees and $3 for shipping (lower 48 ).
Deadline:
9/26/2007.
Payment:
I am only accepting Paypal for payment and you must add 3% for fees* (4% outside the US). Payment for the chips must be made in full prior to September 26, 2007. If I don’t have your payment, I can’t order your chips.
(ex. 1000 pc tourney set would be - $730 for the chips plus $5 for ASM handling fee plus approx $50 shipping plus 4% paypal – you always welcome to throw in more just in case – I will keep track of who paid what and square up with everyone in the end)
Don't worry about paying too much - I will be squaring up with everyone afterwards. If you paid too much for something you will be getting a refund. I just want to make sure I'm covered up front and don't have to go chasing folks down for more and cause anything to slow this buy down.
Shipping:
ASM has agreed to ship chips direct for a packing/handling fee of $5 each order plus actual shipping charges. You must include an adequate amount of money to ship your chips to you. I would hate for your chips to sit waiting to be shipped just because you are short a couple bucks. As a reference, it cost me $35 to have 800 chips shipped to me on the east coast from ASM a couple months ago.
International Orders PM me before ordering that way we can make arrangements on how you will get your chips shipped. I will ship to international orders to avoid paying extra duties and such (shipping via USPS)
Turnaround time:
Assume 12 weeks. If we happen to get them sooner than that, great. I will post updates as I get them from ASM.
