Chips: 6,180 | | | Canadian Bellagio GB participants- please read just had a business meeting tonight- and something was brought up- there are several CT members in Canada who never paid the GST on their order- costing us hundreds of dollars- you all know who you are.
Please do the right thing and email us and pay us the gst which we paid because you failed to pay it.
Do the right thing- we are always fair to everyone-dont ruin it
THanks

i've never dealt with you specifically joe, but the few times i've had something shipped over border, i was hit with customs and brokerage, which i've paid in order to get my goods....how did you end up paying for the gst instead of your canadian customer? |

Chips: 393 | | | Re: Canadian Bellagio GB participants- please read I find that odd as well. I've ordered many times from the US and didn't have the option of whether I wanted to pay gst or not. If I wanted my package, I had to pay all customs fees which always include GST. Pretty crummy that you got ripped off though. |

Isn't this a fedex problem too? I mean yes these people need to pay their bills. But isn't fedex who you paid to deliver the goods? Don't they have any responsibility to collect? Maybe I don't understand how this works. |

no wonder pi will only allow cdn customers with their own fedex accounts.
or is it that fedex will return the package & pi decides that it's not worth it & pays for the gst to avoid the return?
still confused |

Chips: 164 | | | Re: Canadian Bellagio GB participants- please read I'm looking at my invoice right now and it's there as clear as day !
GST/HST : $13.37
That includes GST on not only the package price, but on top of the brokerage and Fed/Ex's disbursement fees.
So I guess I know who I am. Maybe you need to go and have another meeting, talk to Fed/Ex again and find out what's really going on, post a little better information and and get back to all us Canadians who cost PI hundreds of dollars and apparently know who we are!

still confused | EXACTLY- if you dont pay the GST fedex gives you your package- then promptly charges our account for the unpaid GST.
Jim will contact everyone whom we got billed for the GST and go over this - theres a few people from CT and a few of our resellers-
Its just one more thing we have to deal with LOL-
