I am cancelling this group buy. The Jolly Joker is running a similar group buy and I am joining in on that one.
I will soon be placing an order with Trident Cards and thought I'd see if any other Australian Chiptalkers are interested in joining my order.
Why Trident Cards - they have a huge range. A huge huge range. Almost every plastic card manufacturer, and almost every style available. The only reason I am choosing Trident over one of the ChipTalk sponsors is I am after setups not offered by Caragails or Holdem. Trident do offer ChipTalk members a 10% discount though.
The only problem with Trident is they ship international orders via EMS which while fast and safe, is bloody expensive. If any other Australians (or New Zealanders) are after cards from Trident and want to tag on to my order let me know. I will split the shipping cost to me between the number of setups ordered.

Dal Negro Acetate Freedom Blue/Red Poker 2JI - Security Ink
Dal Negro Freedom Brown/Green Poker 2JI
Dal Negro Royal Blue/Red Poker 2JI
Dal Negro Torcello Poker 4SI
and probably another set up or 2 of other stuff.

besides i dont get to play that much anyways

Jack away, it doesn't bother me. Postage is a killer downunder so we should unite wherever possible (unless it means attracting the big bad - ie. customs duty)
Great idea but unfortunately I just got some new copags (which I already didn't need) and still have several unopened 4 colour decks from a previous purchase.
Problem with buying good cards is the bastards last forever .
Agree on the shipping. I just had 2000 ASM's and 3500 Bellagios shipped and I could almost buy the chips again for the cost of postage to here.
Any Australians, even if you do not want cards as part of this group buy, please post in this thread. That way we will have a list we can use in future group buys, to hopefully save us all a little money on postage.
angel cards are what they use at starcity sydney....i think, i havnt played there for a while
my mate just came back from china and he picked up 2 decks from somewhere over there.....he said that you cant buy them here
he got them for around $10AUD a deck if i recall....he then said to me "oh i should of bought you a few decks"
BTW put me down on the list for the AGBCTM (aussie group buy chip talk member)
