PNY tribute microlimit set?

We were sitting around talking about our occasional microlimit games and the idea of a PNY themed set came up.

I thought about Coney Island, so I mocked this up. Of course, the right artwork would have to be selected and approved.

A 5 cent and 10 cent perhaps ceramic? I couldn't do the denomination text at the bottom so I just used the same number.

Any thoughts? Silly idea?

Re: PNY tribute microlimit set?

I think it is a great idea as well. Until just recently my usual cash game was 10 cents/20 cents. I hav always struggled to find suitable chips for such a game. If they were blue chip grand inlays I would be in for 100 coney island 10 cent chips

Heh, so will Coney Island so I'd say it's perfect.

Re: PNY tribute microlimit set?

That's the effect I was going for.

Anyone have thoughts on what to put on a 10 cent chip?

Re: PNY tribute microlimit set?

It just won't be the same or fit into the set if you already have PNY's if they are not clay...

I've been to a few casinos where clay and ceramics were mixed and it worked fine.

Re: PNY tribute microlimit set?

There was a mockup of the 2.50 that might have to be done in ceramic.

Link here

Maybe we can have the .5 .10 and 2.50 in ceramic. Anyone else interested in a microset?
