Chips: 37,255 | | | Custom ChipTalk.net Neoprene Table Tops - IT'S A GO! News 2/6/2008: The Group Buy is over and ChipTalk.net has secured the remainder of the toppers for resale. Use this link to purchase any further toppers: Order your Neoprene Table Topper - ChipTalk.net Exclusive - Fabric on Rubber/Portable Group buy for custom cut/printed ChipTalk Neoprene Poker Table Toppers.
These are like neoprene rubber mouse-pads, with a velvet top with graphics silk-screen printed on. (not heat transferred)
No "shedding" like felt. They can be rolled up and transported with ease. Velcro "hook" tape will stick to them to strap the roll tight.
Right now we're looking at about $15-20 each. Many Thanks to http://www.palmimports.com/ for assisting us on this group buy! Palm will help get the order placed and will ship the pads to the members after they arrive!
Polls:Current voted-on rendition: Current "Promise Count" Table removed... too big for a post. There were 311 toppers ordered as part of the group buy. Polls... (below here is the original post. Above is the current info) I really love these things, I grabbed a couple at Target for $10 but they are not available any longer. What if we got a group buy for a bunch of these? With the ChipTalk.net (and something chip related to go with it) logo at each seat spot? Task #1: Shameless plea for mockups here... leave the middle completely blank because I hate logos in the middle...] Task #2: We need research on manufacturers. I have emailed http://www.macrointlco.com/ but I bet there are much cheaper sources overseas. A little help here? I will NOT involve any vendor at this point, so please no vendor make any offers. Once we get details on minimum order and costs involved, I'll open up offers to a vendor to help handle the orders/shipping if we need to.

Chips: 12,174 | | | Re: Custom ChipTalk.net Neoprene Table Tops I agree, the middle should be blank, since that's where the focus is during the hand (with community card games at least)

Chips: 260 | | | Re: Custom ChipTalk.net Neoprene Table Tops How about a CT letter link for a betting line? Or maybe a repeating Chiptalk ambigram. I'm not as sure about graphics at each seat because the number of players are variable. I'd favor an overall design around the perimeter area. |

Chips: 298 | | | Re: Custom ChipTalk.net Neoprene Table Tops I am guessing we are talking about a pad big enough to cover a table top that is made out of a material like a mouse pad? I would be interested in something like this. It would be nice if the covering material was better quality than just felt, something that does not pill up. |

Chips: 167 | | | Re: Custom ChipTalk.net Neoprene Table Tops I have that same top, Ten, and we just finally used it in our game last week -- it was a BIG hit (although the stuipd 4-ace logo in the center can be...distracting; we put our mucks over it).
I wouldn't be opposed to the CT logo in the center, as long as there aren't any CARDS printed there... |

Chips: 683 | | | Re: Custom ChipTalk.net Neoprene Table Tops I'm definitely interested in a couple of these, and would like to see round and oval styles available if possible.
I'll be watching closely - these are a great cheap and light alternative to carrying tables around.
