I've emailed Dave Endy and asked if the Super Grand inlay is available for small custom chip orders. If it is available, I think that it's the better option to use. I think it's better as it shows off a bit more of the clay and actually matches the PNY more closely. It's a little smaller than the inlays of the PNY inlay whereas the giant inlay is a little larger than the PNY inlay. A Super Grand inlay would also be a closer representation of the mock-up above. We'll fall back to the Giant inlay if the Super Grand is not available.

Chip denomination: This purchase will only be for the 50 cent chip. Sorry folks, I'm going to be a little selfish here as I have no need/desire for a 25 cent or 1k chip.
Pricing Details:
There is a flat $150 art fee. This will be spread out across all the chips ordered.
The chips will be .70 each.
Shipping Details: Group shipping costs from the Factory:
Since I am in Canada, Dwight87 has offered to assist with American orders. There will be two separate shipments from the factory. One to me for Canadian orders and the other to Dwight87 for American orders. This should save alot of $$ for US orders (avoid the hassle of cross border shipping for US CTers). Thus Canadian orders will split the cost for the Canadian shipment and the American orders will split the cost of the American shipment.
Canadian orders - Individual shipping costs - From me to you:
I'm not expecting a whole lot of orders to process, so this will be on an individual basis. Shipping method will be up to the individual. If you want it quick we can do Xpresspost/Fedex/Purolator/etc. or if you want something cheap we can use regular parcel post. Whatever the choice, you'll only be charged for actual shipping costs. PM me your Postal Code and I'll go to the canadapost/fedex/purolator/etc. website and get you some rough estimates on cost.
American orders - Individual shipping costs - From Dwight87 to you:
I would imagine that the USPS Flat Rate box would be the best choice pricewise - but some may prefer UPS for the tracking info. Please feel free to chime in on what would be best and I'm sure Dwight87 will be willing to cater to your needs.
Payment Details:
I won't be collecting any payments until we get a final tally of how many chips we'll be ordering, as well we need to work out shipping details/costs with BCC and with each individual. I'll be collecting via Paypal so please keep in mind that I'll have to charge whatever fees Paypal assesses (I believe it's 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction? And there may be an additional percentage for cross border payments - I'll have to check it out)

Sorry folks. This group buy will not be happening. Here's why: Your proposed 25 and 50 cent chips are an exact knock off of the President Casino New Yorker chips. For us to even consider doing these chips, they would have to have some sort of commemorative issue on them or a change in the name or something on the inlay design. Now the second issue we have a problem with, is that the person who owns the President Casino New Yorker chips is a friend of the family. The bottom line is that we feel that the inlay design especially "as is" or even with changes, it would not be appropriate for us to make any knock offs of the President Casino New Yorker chips.
