As per you request in the Modiano/Dal Negro GB I have located PRE-USPC KEM....As you know quantities of these are getting low and they are truly hard to find...
Here is what I have located and the prices we can shoot for:

I know there are over 500 sets of these left..but they are probably part of the last 1K or so anywhere...
It may be worth it to get a couple and never use them as these are the same price as USPC Kem...

These are Super Index and come as a set but both backs are the same:

A SERIOUS FIND:
Single deck ORIGINAL KEM ARROWS.....You CAN NOT find these...at least not with any ease or availability...we have access to 13 single decks...put together in a set they would be worth as much as $100.00..I am not sure of the colors ..if they are all red or blue or a mixture...
our price on these is $35 per deck..
These are poker size

these are probably not for play..you will want to buy these and never open them...I am awaiting images of these...we will have to figure out how we can most equitably disperse 13 decks among all who may be interested...any suggestions are welcome..since this is not a money making venture perhaps a lottery of some sort would be in order..

I just found a sealed deck of original Kem arrows, bridge regular index, laying in an old poker case. Are these rare now? Should I save it?

based on how hard they are to find I would say yes..although the value will be dependent upon the demand...
