From here on out, let's use this thread to post any further questions and suggestions. Here is the breakout for the pricing that I got from Jinny at Matsui in Las Vegas.

2 color decal chip, 40mm : $0.90 per chip
2 color decal chip, 43 mm : $1.10 per chip

3 color decal chip, 40mm : $0.95
3 color decal chip, 43mm : $1.20

The acrylic plaques : $9.00 per chip

The artwork charge : $250.00 per denomination

The delivery time : Basically 4 ~ 6 weeks

The minimum order is 10,000 chips with a minimum of 1,000 of each denomination ordered.

you do mean 1000 min for each demon in the entire order, not per person...right. also, i thought the 2 color chips were $.85 and 3 color were $.90? one last guestion, the $250 fee...if i get only the $1 and $5 chips, does that mean an extra $500 onto my order? just want to make sure i understand everything clearly so i can figure out my price. thank you and good job so far.

You may want to change your color choice for the pricing list. It is very difficult to read.

Well done - these chips are going to be the bomb! I have some Matsui samples (got them from ebay) and they are AWESOME chips. And when I say awesome, I mean I like them MORE than Bud Jones! The quality is the same, but the texture is nicer - BJ's are cold and smooth - these feel really nice to hold. Top chips.

Mykl - you're right. We have to order 1000 per denom - not per person.

Those mock-ups are AWESOME! Just need to change the font on the 'Club Zen' - the B looks like an 8 or something. Maybe get a finer (thinner lines) font instead. And reduce the size of the text a little.

Great colour choices - keep it exactly like that!

No. The artwork fee is for the entire group's order.

Example: If we get 10 people ordering 200 x $1 chips each, that makes 2000 $1 chips. That makes the price $250 + 2000 x $0.90 which is $2050. Thus we pay $2050 for 2000 chips or $1.02 per chip.

If we only order 1000 (the minimum) of the $1 denom, the price will be $1.15 per chip.
If we order 5000 of the $1 denom, the price will be $0.95 per chip.

Each chip's price will be calculated individually. The more popular the chip, the lower the price for everyone (since the $250 charge is split between all the chips ordered in that denom)

Based on the current edgespots, here's the max price these chips will cost: It assumes we order the bare minimum of only 10,000 chips in total. Obviously if we order 15,000 or 20,000 chips the price will drop quite a bit:

Other than some final tweaks and cleaning up when J5 has some time, this is the set we will go with. I have tried to incorporate the ideas and suggestions from the different members, but I also feel like we could go on forever and never come to a democratic decision without killing each other.

A $5000 Plaque will be addded as well. It will have the silhouette of the tree and "$5000" horizontally across the plaque with the mother of pearl inlay. I am thinking dark blue for the color of the plaque.

Anyway, so that we can get this show on the road, please PM me with the number of chips & plaques you will be ordering so that I can create a spreadsheet of our totals.

Yes, I prefer the two color scheme. The last mock ups I remember from the other thread were the two color chips. But I guess I missed somethign along the way.

There were a bunch of requests for another 3 color chip, thus the change to the $100.
