OK. I have the "go ahead" to organize the King's Crown 2" Dealer Button Mini Group Buy. I will go ahead and contact palmimports, but I have a couple of questions for all of you at the outset.

1) Should the Mini GB be available to any CT member or just those who have paid die fees to be in this group buy? Someone with TRK stock or previous CT group buy King's Crown inlay chips might be interested. I have no preference, but I just need guidance.

2) I propose no minimum number of buttons for anyone. I also propose a simple, cost pass through structure. I will determine postage, minimal packaging (depends-USPS express mail packaging is free I think) and any paypal fees that I actually incur as well as any actual shipping from palmimports and put a s/h charge together to cover these payments. As no one individual is probably buying too many of these himself (or herself), and the total buy is likely under 100, I will just bear all the costs up front, including charges from palmimports and will have everyone make payment to me when I have a good idea of the delivered costs, and can disclose them fully.

3) Should I continue this mini GB in this thread or start a new thread?

4) I think the first step in the process will be for me to go back and gather the artwork and past suggestions and post that first so that we can see where we are and suggest what jellobroom might do to get it final to everyone's satisfaction. Any other suggestions?

Anything else I should think about?

	glos_inlay The label or decal on a poker chip. Quality inlays are inlaid or pressed into the surface of the chip, not laid on top of it like a sticker.

No need to limit the buy to GB members only... Its not like its a security issue. Might as well get as many made as possible and try to save a little bit.

Since this GB is now closed, and apparently TRK is too, is it possible to post up numbers of how many people got chips, how many chips, denoms, etc.

So many people said they wished they had gotten more chips. If I ever did sell my chips, I'd want them to go to other GB members first... And I'd like to know who out there might have extra chips that I could use to expand my KC's...

Any chance on puttng that info in the public domain?

There should be no need to limit who can buy.

Might consider only those that purchased dies fees have say in the final design.

If anyone has odd numbers of these chips that they are looking to sell or trade for something (PNY or other chips?), Please let me know.

I have a set of 260 Oasis club chips coming + 100 Suicide King non denoms. I could use a few more, even around 20+ would help out.

80 yellow

20 Brown
100 Blue (SK non denom)


Would consider trading. I'd like to get some other colors into the mix. All of mine are non-denom. I'd prefer non-denom, but would consider trades for denom KC chips.

I ordered a large tourney set ($5-$1000) ... what I missed out on was filling the bottom end of that set with .25c and $1 chips (which I had planned to do later on) ... I would possibly be interested in your .25c and $1 chips, but not for sure (not ready to spend more $$ right now) ...
