Chips: 4,437 | | Poker Genie GB - Buy Closed 10/7/05 The manufacturer is open to the idea of a large order at discount, but they'd like to know about what size the order would be. Please vote whether or not you're interested. I don't know how much of a discount we'd be looking at, but for the purposes of this poll, please assume that it will be significant.

Chips: 501 | | If I didn't have a laptop, or I needed more portability, I'd definitely buy one. It's a pretty neat thing.
Maybe someday I'll get one if I have some spare cash, but I'd be more likely to spend it on chips
I'm sure it would be very useful to someone without a laptop/computer to use for it.

Chips: 4,437 | | | Here's the response I received last night. The discount isn't overwhelimg, but it is a 15% discount for whoever wants to order (with no minimum order for us to reach). The other nice thing is that they'll handle shipping to individual buyers, rather than our re-shipping them. Hi Alex,
We can offer the following
$59.45 a Poker Genie (15% off).
Max Quantity 50 Poker Genies.
No Minimum Quantity.
Bulk deal closes 2 weeks from tomorrow.
Shipping rates are per our website.
Thanks for the opportunity to participate in your group deal.
Cheers,

Chips: 14,709 | | | eh - not a bad deal, but just about what you could get on ebay. $10 is not what I would consider substantial savings.
I look at the reply - and get the feeling that we are only getting the same deal anyone could get if they asked. No minimum - and 50 maximum is not a structre I have seen for any decent quantity breakout for a quotation. Should be a decrease when you purchase more. Sales of 25 units should cost much less than 1-2. Why a 50 minimum? I would think that the manufacturer would love to sell 75 of these at once. |

And why a 50 max? sounds weird.
Should be at least 25% off for around 30. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
