for god's sake people, don't make my mistake. use metacritic before picking a movie to see.

Ugh. I hope you didn't choose the movie. I could have warned you beforehand, and I haven't even seen it myself.

My wife and I saw it tonight. I thought it was pretty good. I am a huge Will Ferrel fan and I thought he stole the show.

I'm a fan of Rotten Tomatoes, but it's about the same thing.

I don't always agree with the reviews. Fantastic Four only got 27% and I thought it was pretty decent.

I don't think metacritic would have helped me..
I went to see War of the Worlds, which got a respectable 72 rating.

I didn't care much for the movie. I thought it was lacking things like... a plot... acting... any sympathetic characters... an ending...
