If you're in So. Cal., LACMA (Los Angeles County Museum of Arts) will soon open the "Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs" exhibit. This exhibit will run from 6/16 through 11/15/05 and will feature over 130 treasures from the tomb of King Tut and other Valley of The Kings tombs. According to the LACMA site, this is the only venue west of the Mississippi that you can see this exibition before the treasures return to Egypt forever.

Of course, if you're in the Pharaoh group buy, your treasures have yet to arrive... but once you have them, they're yours forever.... <cue eerie, haunting music>

now that would be something to see in person, tv just doesn`t cut it. i`ll be in vegas end of june, just don`t know if i can get to the exhibit from there? hmmmm sure would be something to see. thanks for the info.

That sounds like a great event to see wish I was able to go and check it out guess tv will have to cut it this time if they do decide to air it on some channel...
