Been trying to contact PGI – anyone know if there is a problem?

I am still waiting for a reply to several e-mails sent over the last couple of weeks.

weird. I know they can run behind a day or so on emails but not that long.. try calling if its important?

I don't understand why this post has been 'hidden' away in the 'non-poker' section????

The question I posed was concerning a Custom Chip Supplier (PGI) I was hoping to order from.

HAVE I UPSET SOMEONE???

If thats the case then I appologise - but I don't know what I've done!

LOL it's not 'hidden' anywhere, people mostly use the New Posts feature so your thread pops up just fine. Probably a moderator just decided this is the section your thread belongs to.

Poor communication response times seem to be the norm for PGI based on my 8v and label ordering experience. The reason given when they finally respond is usually some variant of "we've been really busy". Based on the posts on CT many others haven't had this problem though.

That said, they've always made things right for me in the end.

Just keep persevering. They'll get back to you eventually.

What is the best email for correspondence? I've tried to send something a few times too. I still love you guys

I think sometimes the issue is they have about 3-4 emails to choose from. never know where to send what lol

we normally DONT look at PM's too often

the above email is the best to reach us and its been the same email for 10+ years
palmimports@aol.com gets forwarded and those are pretty much the only emails weve ever used

weve got a lot of projects going on- and I have been on the road and I am pretty much the only one who handles chiptalk emails so sometimes there may be a day or two lag- but its rare
