Not quite the big 40 but starting to feel the years!!

Just a quick teaser...

This year my lovely wonderful marvelous beautiful wife has given me permission to finally build my detached garage / poker room. We broke ground on it on Thursday. It will be 40x40 detached building with the front half a garage/workshop & the back half will be a gameroom complete with a pool table & poker table.

I'll start a thread soon with pictures of progress so I can share my excitement with you all.
