I hosted a tourney with a $.05-$.10 cash game afterward, thinking only a few would stay like normal, but 10 of the 11 stayed, which changed our choices for dealer's choice, which was fun. It also added bigger draw pool for THE DRAWING GAME:
Five card draw, ante, round of betting, then everyone just announces their draw, and people who need the same number of cards trade, until nobody can trade anymore, which is usually two or three people just exchanging the same 3 cards back and forth for 30 seconds at the end, then a round of betting.
