I'm pretty sure it's played just like regular hold'em except with less cards. So two down cards, then a flop,turn, and river.

With only tens and up, the only flush would be a royal flush.

It is at Ultimatebet. When it first came out it was just among the regular hold'em games, but marked Royal not very noticably. People kept making posts on forums saying how they got this "great run of cards" before they realized what was up.

took me a rotation to realize something was up

a really good way to lose a ton of $$$ - but you might be able to win some $$$$ at the lower limits with rock tight play. Looking more for SF and high quads than anything else.
