Crazy Pineapple and Tahoe can be fun.

Both are like hold'em, but with three hole cards. In Pineapple, each person discards one hole card after the flop and play continues as in hold'em. In Tahoe, people keep all three hole cards, but must use either 0, 1, or 2 of them to make their hand.
