I'd go with Pomaha hi/lo (Pomegranite is another potential name for this made up game)

Pineapple was fun so we tried Omaha hi/low with 4 cards, discard 1 after the flop (before the betting round). We toyed with the idea of allowing 4 cards from the board instead of having to use 3 but ended up leaving in standard Omaha rules.

2 by 5 HiLo. Its like omaha, only you get 5 cards and there is no qualiifier for low. Always a lot of action in that game.
