I've just been thinking a bit lately about possible custom sets, and wondered what you all thought would be a more logical/normal progression of denominations after 1000?
Being able to have a really high stakes tournament occasionally (like final tables on TV shows) would be fun, I think. And allow me to keep the usual chip colours for the mid range, and use grey/orange for the high range
I guess the possibilities would be 1000-5000-10000 or 1000-5000-25000 (or maybe both 10000 and 25000? That seems odd though)

I guess it really depends on the number of players you have, starting stacks and total chips. 1k-5k-25k makes the most sense, but if you don't have too many people to start, the 25k chips may make you have too few chips in play at the end.
I didn't consider it too much yet, but probably between 200,000 and 1,000,000 per player, depending on how many, etc mostly I play with 4-6 people, sometimes up to 8. I'd be sure to have it so I could have more than just a few of the highest denomination.
It would be a while before I got a custom set (if I do) anyway. Plenty of time to figure it all out.
