Clay or Ceramic

Well, I'm collecting samples from different places to decide on what type of chip to get customized. I know for ceramic, you can get chipco's and Nevada jacks. Can any one give me the names of the two best "clay" custom chips?

My order would be:
1) ASM
2) TR Kings
3) Blue Chip

If you are looking for over 200,000 chips, you can put Paulson at the top.

Matsui's are another alternative but you will need over 5,000 for each color desired.

There are really only two custom clay options. ASM (pokerchips.com) and T.R. Kings. (At least only two practical options, unless you are buying for a casino)

OF those ASM is more affordable, but they have limitations on edgespot color and style. But last I checked, in order to get a custom set of TR Kings with multi color edgespots you had to put in a minimum order of 5000 chips. I just ordered a set of ASM's for a Christmas gift for my father in law and they have been great to work with. (I am actually thinking I'd like a set for myself. They aren't quite as nice as Paulson chips, but they are still great and there is something to be said for having a unique set.)

They will send you a small set free of charge if you like. They shipped me 3 chips, but I needed to see other colors, so they hooked me up with a chip for every color they offer for $7 plus 4 or 5 bucks for shipping. This way I can see firsthand what the colors will look like.

If you have the budget, I'd go with custom blue chips.

If cash is a constraint, ASM's are the best deal (I have some of these on order).
