I got in touch with the pleasant and extremely helpful Dave Endy about making some custom Blue Chip chips. He was very insightful. He told me that it was indeed possible to make a "Porn All-Stars 2005" series of chips. However, he told me it was not possible to get the 2 good inlays per 15 chips ratio I had hoped for. He also told me it was not possible to make all of the chips the same thickness, so the greens and blacks would be shorted than all of the other chips when stacked. He said it adds a lot of game security to the chips as no one else has the faulty equipment and shoddy quality control to produce them. I asked what kinds of molds I could use and he said that they would be created with the classic "Clamshell" mold, their top of the line mold, but he would give me this mold without any additional fee. I thought that was extremely nice of him - one of the best chip molds on the market for no extra cost!
