Chips: 393 | | | Yet another question about ASM colors. Hi,
I am in the process of designing an ASM chip order as a gift for someone. I have played with the mockup generator and scoured photos, but there are still some color combos that I am not sure about.
Has anyone seen a Green/Arc Yellow chip? What about Green/Orange? Finally, there is a Palmas Casino chip that appears to be Green/Orange, but I can't tell if perhaps that is Dayglo Peach. Does anyone know for sure?
The chip in question is the second green chip from the right in this picture: http://www.ccgtcc.com/fantasy/images/palmas.jpg
I find it very difficult to distinguish the nuances between Arc Yellow and DG Peach from the mockup generator, and would greatly appreciate help in the form of photos if possible, but even testimonials. I know that I want a Green with one of the colors but I don't know which one to go with. Thanks in advance! | | Sponsored Links | |

Chips: 7,798 | | | The palamas chip is DG Peach. I'd recommend that over Arc Yellow or Orange for a green chip.
I have a green arc yellow sample I'll try and post a pic of tomorrow.
I posted pantone values of all ASM colors. Search for that, and that may help you out. If you also search for Rounders pictures (not the TR King ones) the green chip is Green/Dayglo Peach. |

Chips: 14,016 | | | I just got my ASM customs and I used green with orange edgespots for my green chip and I was REALLY happy with how they came out. I can give that combo a thumbs up!
On my laptop screen at home, the mockup generator colors are nearly perfect. On my screen at work though, they look darker than the actual chips.

Chips: 14,016 | | | Oh and I used DG peach on my purple chip and it came out excellent as well. FYI, in that pic you posted, the 500 chip in the lower right is orange.

That bums me out a little because I liked your Chocolate/Dayglo Peach so much that I was planning on getting 20 of those as the highest value color up chip. I originally didn't want any overlap of colors, so I was really hoping that green palmas chip was something else.
I suppose it is alright though, because there is no way the green chips are ever going to be in play at the same time as the chocolate anyway. So if I have to overlap, those would be the two I'd want to have some overlap on.
Any chance you have an idea of what the Chocolate/Arc Yellow might look like? I know you got arc yellow on your purple chip, so just by putting that near the chocolate can you judge how that might work? I liked that combo in the generator okay, but I really can't tell with the orange tones on the generator.
Thanks again! |

I gotta get the dust cleaned off then try to get a decent picture to post. I ordered these before the group buy, so I'm only getting solids from that one.

Any chance you can get pictures up? I'd love to see them. Purple with DG Peach is another one that I like the look of on the mockup.
I bet some others on these forums would also like to see images! |

Chips: 7,798 | | | Yeah. my inital choice was green./dayglo peach. But then I decided on chocloate/DG peach and changed the $25 chip to green/dg pink.
You're right that they won't be in play together so it doesn't matter as much.
But I don't think arc yellow would look at good with the chocolate. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
