Just got my sample chips from PC.com...

Just got my sample chips from PC.com and I have to say that they are amazing. They are way better than I ever expected them to be and I can't wait to get a set of my own. Right now I have to debate on whether or not to get in on the group buy like I had planned or get a custom set of my own.

I just got a sample from them today as well.... i was surprised at the quality.... it surpassed my expectations.... but i did notice that isnt really a noticable recess.... at least for enough for a paper label... which means if i wanna label them myself it's gonna cost me like 100$

I also got a sample of a Horsehead (the American Eagle stock one) and a Roman. I expected to use the Roman for my chips simply because I don't think the Horsehead 'fits' thematically. After comparing the two molds up close I'm pretty disappointed with the Roman. The Horsehead is definately a great mold and both chips feel fantastic, but I'm stuck.

Also - just called PC today and asked about the circlesquare mold. I seem to recall that they used to have a disclaimer on their website that it could not be used with custom artwork. The person at PC said that the circlesquare mold CAN be made with custom artwork but that the mold "destroys the artwork" so they prefer to not do it and will most likely not do it for new orders, only repeat orders.

I hate the cards/dice...I guess it's down to the A or Roman.

PC.com is just an abbreviation. You have to spell it out. I would do it for you but I am afraid of getting busted by the Man.

I have my own cash chips. AKsuited and custom label.
Tournament chips 11.5 pro series.

I just ordered a sample of the egyptian set. I love chipco. I will be buying the set in increments of 100 since I am not rich. lol. I think this set is by far one of the best I have seen.
