Chips: 91 | | | possible chip design ?
What do you guys think ?
I don't know what to put in there... I know I want my initials, but appart from that, I don't want anything too fancy. Maybe something around the inlay's edge ?
Kinda lost.. Any suggestions ? |

Chips: 216 | | | Very classy look. Love the look of it on that chip. You could maybe try a suit in the center of the line. Might add a different feel. |

Chips: 91 | | | Just to give you a quick note about what's on my mind.
1/ Those chips are personal.
2/ I'll keep 'em a good part of my life. If not the entire.
3/ I don't want a fancy casino style chip.
So far, the only thing I've been thinking of are my initials. That's for the personal part. I want a classy font, kinda like the Bellagio logo which I love. I'm not sure about getting a color inlay as I kinda like the effet of black/white inlays.
Maybe I'll add some kind of quote, something simple like "gentlemen's card room - since 2004"
still brainstorming, but since I'll wait for tons of weeks to get those, I don't want to get too much delay on the design part. |

P.S. What fonts did you use? |

Chips: 9,296 | | | It is a nice simple (old-fashioned?) design that goes well with the roman border.
I would look at mock-ups with the suggestions you have received, BUT I think it's really very nice as it is.

Chips: 298 | | Maybe just use a small club, diamond, since 2004, heart, spade, in the line between the initials and the denomination
Looks nicde very classy, you might try a color in the fonts too |

Chips: 9,186 | | | I like it, but that font might be a tad too "classy". All that serif, can be hard to print and look good. Try something with less embellishment in the font department. Love the idea, and I like the look of the chip. That roman border doesn't get used enough... |

Chips: 1,751 | | I really like the simplicity of it--resist those who may tell you to clutter it up.
I would, however look into distinguishing your drop shadow from the actual letters more--maybe lighten it, or make the drop shadow a warmer tone. It's cluttering up the script a bit, I think.
Also the '1' in the 100 looks like it's on a lower baseline than the zeros. That may just be the font, but it's a bit of a spoiler for me.
These are gonna look great... |

Chips: 1,816 | | | very nice. i prefer the simple classy look also, so i would keep the white and black only. i would maybe try giving the line in the middle a little curve to each of the ends to kind of make match the font of the intials a bit. you could try using all three initials, but that might clutter it a bit. great looking chip. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
